How long can I have to return an item?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. For full details, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal policy.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at support@finoadventures.com indicating that you wish to cancel your purchase.

To help us process your request more quickly, we recommend including the following information in your message:


  • Your first and last name

  • Your address

  • Which item you want to return

  • The delivery date (i.e. the day on which you received the goods)

  • The order number (optional, helps us with the assignment)

You may submit this information informally by email or alternatively use our withdrawal form in our Right of Withdrawal policy, section B.

Once we receive your message, we will normally get back to you within 1-2 business days to explain the next step.

Who pays for return shipping?

You, as the customer, are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

How and when will I get my money back?

Once you have submitted your withdrawal and we have received the returned goods (or you have provided proof of return), we will refund the purchase price – no later than 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Is there anything to consider when returning the item?

Please return items in their original packaging, if possible, and ensure they are not damaged. This is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal, but it helps us with resale.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please withdraw your order and place a new one.
